R.T., there's currently 3 carloads of people in front of my house smoking crack. There's no point in calling 911 because the response would take hours- a few minutes ago firefighters were unable to respond to injuries from a domestic assault because police had not yet arrived. We really don't care if you increase our taxes- we just want our police force back up to full strength and our peaceful city back.
