Keith Says: About 2 months ago, the small business assemblage at Lowry/Lydale
Area sent out an invite to our Neighborhood-group leaders, our Political
leaders, and our Police folks. I added some personal notices to that invitation.
All parties attended our meeting, listened, and shared their views with us
LynLo Village Business people. Bottom-line: We have a safer and more pleasant
local area NOW. I wish to thank all of the participants for helping to make-nicer
here. The best IS coming!! And soon.

Dear Gentle Stakeholders:

The business people at Lowry/Lyndale area invite you, and wish you to attend
a brief meeting with us and the Mayor on Thursday 6/24/04 at 11:30 AM. We will
convene at the Ashram(Hindu church) at 3114 Lyndale, courtesy of Mr. Ram, our
host there.

The meeting must last less then an hour. Participants will simply be
business, and property owners, on or near our corner. There will be 20 or less people,
total. By the way, a little known cultural 'kicker' for this interesting
corner area is it's incredible ethnic diversity; fun.

I am committed to creating a clean and safe Lowry/Lyndale 60 days from JUNE
1st, and I intend to succeed. Obviously, I know I cannot do it alone. Happily,
in both wider, and narrower orbits, I have found absolute interest from all
parties with whom I have spoken. And more commitment then I had ever
anticipated. Further I, as new owner, am now the accountable person, for conduct at
the
worst offending site (SE corner) and have already implemented sweeping positive
change there(hurray). I am REALLY enjoying the changes and want to share that
joy, and I will. I need each of you to strategize here; and help make a clean
safe environment that is sustainable, here.

By the way, we have all failed up until now at this corner, and we will
succeed from hence, forward. And we will have fun as things get cleaner and safer.
Isn't that great news?
