I drove through the neighborhood surrounding the 38th St. LRT station at
about 3:15pm today to check on the parking situation. You will have to
excuse me, but it looked like a sleepy, quiet residential place. Plenty
of parking spaces. Nothing at all the way Gina described on this list. I
saw a few "Please don't park here" signs. 38th St. had the look of dense
parking but the side streets were just the ordinary South Minneapolis park
anywhere place.

I came home to my neighborhood. Had to drive a couple times around the
block and then found a spot on Willow where I'm 6 inches beyond the
parking sign. Hopefully the parking enforcement people will let me slide.
They usually do, but then there are times when they will tag you. If you
want real stress, then come here and try to find a parking spot.
