Oh, yes--it is on at 5:30 PM but it does get repeated around midnight to 1
AM and again around 10 to 11 tomorrow morning and possibly tomorrow
afternoon around 1 or 2--it all depends on other programing.

Tonight on Citizenship Chronicles (MTN Channel 17--Time Warner Cable) is the
first of two parts covering a school board candidate debate at the Urban
League held on August 16th.  Most of the candidates were there so it is an
excellent opportunity to see them in one spot before hitting the primary on
September 7th to "thin the herd".  Part 2 will air next Thursday, September
2nd.
