For the September 14, 2004 Primary Election - To get an Adobe Acrobat copy of your sample ballot for your precinct go to: http://www2.co.hennepin.mn.us/voterinfo/addrsrchfrm.htm
You will need to type in your exact street address. You should see "Sample Ballot" under your Ward and Precinct address. It will download as "ballot" rather than "ballot.pdf". My reader will not read any file without a PDF extension. You probably need to add the ".pdf" extension if you want to view the ballot off the web. Although most of you already have this information, it took me a while of clicking through websites to find the information. The city information is on the county website.
