I noticed that figure also...in my area of Powderhorn,  the taggers are
neighborhood kids usually within a block or two of residence. The suburbs
have been blamed to be the johns, the druggies, the SUV drivers, and now
taggers....it leaves Minneapolis without fault, I hope the suburbanites
don't start moving into town.... there goes the neighborhood!
