I HAVE VOTED FOR DOUG MANN AND, ABOUT THREE AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE THE POLLS
CLOSE, I AM URGING OTHERS TO DO SO. The news media have reported a widening
achievement gap between white and minority students over the last ten years or so, and
since Minneapolis students inherited intelligence has not changed -- indeed it COULD
not change in a mere decade -- the achievement gap must be due to something the
schools have been doing wrong. Doug Mann is the only candidate who proposes an
explanation for this widening achievement gap and proposes possible solutions.
