Is it not rather sad that the city purchases land at $250,000....taxpayers money, sells it at 125,000, taxpayers loss...then they spend how many months, on taxpayers dime, to clear up the mess....while telling landlords, self employed and paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes, that they don't deserve that extra $20. to do what is necessary for their business. It scares me to know the type of money involved in running this city and the qualifications or lack of by some of the people running it.
