Connie, The DON'T VOTE ad you're seeing is one of 15 billboards purchased by a local company. The local company wishes to remain anonymous for now. They are trying to get peoples' attention and, let me say, it's working! The advertiser wishes to follow up the DON'T VOTE message with an additional message.
