Judge B gives similar low/no sentence and warning. Thus > Miscreant X Waltzes through court time and again without proper > consequences. Thorwald Anderson is a miscreant shuffler. I queried O'Neil about this, since it honks me off so. She stated in no uncertain terms that she 'believes in giving everyone one chance, but only one.' She said she wanted to see the same miscreant when he/she returned, so that there are proper consequences applied. Mark Anderson: I certainly agree with you that we don't want judges who pass the buck, or who give just warnings to repeat offenders. Maybe I will need to re-think my support for Thor Anderson. Why do you say he is a "miscreant shuffler?" Do you have some statistics on this, or is this from your personal experience? If the latter, how many cases have you been involved with, with Judge Anderson, and other judges? Are there other judges who don't pass the buck? My last question is trying to get at if Judge Anderson is constrained by the judicial system in what he does, or if it's really his personal preference. Thanks Mark V Anderson REMINDERS: 1.
