African American lawyer and columnist Clinton Collins has an interesting piece on the Kolosky v. Lange Hennepin County judicial race in the November issue of Rake Magazine. The piece says Kolosky has filed in every judicial election cycle since 1994 always looking for the weakest link. This time, Judge Lange is "it."
