6:30pm -- Administration & Finance Committee
** Approve negotiation of purchase agreement with Columbia Development LP (Lucky Club LLC) for the former Fuji Ya site.
** 2005 Preliminary Budget Review (30 - 45 minutes)
And of course, the always secretive last-minute new business items that get added. Crown Hydro still has not given up on its efforts to take a piece of Mill Ruins Park by one means or another, for example.

P.S. Crown Hydro has filed a brief with FERC claiming they have the right to use eminent domain to take the land they want from the Park Board, and refuting Brian Rice's filing with FERC saying they do not. Read more here:
