I have to agree here. I work for a large company involved in a MALL and the problems between the retailer I am employed by and the Mall management are myriad and even with defined contracts seem to stick it to the "tenant". The "cooperative" advertising supplements, mall "attractions" which do not necessarily provide more business but Do add more costs, and don't even get me started on how they charge for trash removal and recycling of cardboard. All I know is the management company does very well and new surcharges from the "small print" turn up all the time. This isn't exactly going to befit people with more sweat equity than dollars to invest. Liz Wielinski Columbia Park REMINDERS: 1. Think a member has violated the rules?
