And therein lies the crux of the problem with the current facilities "planning." This was a plan made with only minimal and superficial input from the people who will be using the facilities. That is like me going out and buying a new house in a new neighborhood and then telling my wife about it, "here, Dear, come see your new house."

And besides that, they still haven't explained how this makes financial good sense, if it does - Another aspect to decision making that this "facilities plan" represents that might not past muster with most household partners in this city.

Eli, the people of Minneapolis will get behind a good plan; so far, we haven't seen one.
