The Ward 5/7 border is Hennepin Avenue, which puts The Pantages, Hey City, The Orpheum and, for the sake of further dicussion, First Ave./Seventh Street Entry in Johnson Lee's Ward; The State Theatre is the only property involved located in Lisa Goodman's ward.
