For those who want to find out how Minneapolis plans to deal with its crushing debt, be sure to attend the "Truth in Taxation" hearing on December 6th at 5:05 p.m., Room 317, City Hall (350 South 5th Street). We'll see how "fiscally responsible" the current City Council has become. Last year, the total budget was $1.22 billion.
