No. Businesses are open to the public; they are regulated by government -
at the mandate of the community, us the citizens.  Restaruants have to
meet health codes. Businesses have to meet non-discrimination codes. Work
places cannot contain toxic chemicals or dangerous equipment. Etc. It is
NOT up to the owner to do any damn thing he wants! but you keep saying it
and saying it because it seems that's how you'd LIKE it to be - no
enforcement of any codes at all. But it isn't that way now and if the rest
of us have anything to say about it, it's never going to get that way.

What you call fascism is what the rest of us call public health.
