Thanks to Susan Young, aka the Mpls. Trash Lady for her information on Mpls. garbage collection. I wasn't aware that ALL of the garbage in MPLS. is sent to the County HERC facility-- aka the garbage burner. I guess all those plastic bags just add a few btu's for generating electricity and process heat. Thanks for all the useful info. Susan.
