Keith Says: "Big Honking River" indeed.

It was said in the 1980s that 'the Broadway Bridge was the biggest in the
world; connecting Poland with Africa'.

Subsequent "revelations", and the so-called mitigation of
hyper-concentrations of poverty (segregation) bear this out.

The now quickening New Northside is a whole different place with "The Avenue
with the most Potential, West Broadway" at it's epicenter.

If any reader desires a lot of home for the money, a highly affordable
live-work space, or a business site opportunity; check us out immediately.

Ground floor opportunities abound NOW and likely will be to the great benefit
of those who partake now.

Sorry, Gina, they're all in Northeast, not North. Not the same at all.
There's a big honking river running between the two.
