It was set up for the *best person for the job, at the time, to go and

We have people who have never had a job outside of government...they can't
run their own personal lives and finances, yet are running ours! The voters
are to blame...they have options, but come election time, they herd to the
polling stable blinded in one eye or don't get there at all.     Paul Zerby
has done a wonderful job and is a person I admire also. Good luck to him!
