They did fire a female (NY?)police officer for posing in Playboy a long time
ago. It would be interesting to see how far an employers rights would go
before colliding with personal rights. But behavior/actions and videos are a
little different than limiting speech. Unless, you are degrading your own
employer or employment.(then why work there?) you would think employers
could not limit ones speech off hours. I am sure the laws have been
tested....!
