That's exactly right, smokers [and, I am one, to my deep chagrin] have been
forcing their disgusting habit of polluting the air on everyone else.  And
forcing other people to breathe their smoke.  My cousin, a flight attendant
who has never smoked, but worked in bars and then on planes at a time when
there was smoking, now has emphysema, and she is not alone in this.
Non-smokers have been making choices for years not to go places because of
the smoke.  Now smokers can  make their "choices".
