Trying to make a list of current MPRB projects underway or consideration - is this a complete list?

Enterprise plans
- Restaurants at Loring, Cedar, Minnehaha and Harriet - planning consultant approved
- Future restaurant near the Guthrie; land is reserved
- Development at the Ft. Snelling site where the skate park failed - staff authority to negotiate with developers approved by the Board
- Putt putt golf course at Northeast Park - development funds from taxes, approved 2005
- Clubhouse and event center at Lake Calhoun - under current discussion. ECCO was told by a commissioner that this might be a bonded project to be paid by future revenues from retail in the clubhouse
- Parade Stadium and event center - recently raised before City Council
- Athletic complex at Bryn Mawr - failed in 2004 but proposals to develop athletic complexes at Bryn Mawr and Northeast Park have been considered since 1998; have some Board support
- Whitewater park at riverfront
- Development of land in front of headquarters building; possible marina to be bonded - no developer at this time
- acquisition of Ft Snelling Tennis Center in 18 years, donated - a done deal

Capital plans
- Expand Bryn Mawr
- Continued acquisition of land along upper riverfront
- Development of Solomon Park
- $11 million redevelopment at Lake of the Isles - funded

I know there was not a 2005 budget (at least one not available to the public). Is one available now? Is there a park board master plan that forms the framework for these activities - would be grateful for the name(s) of the plan document.

Thanks,
