Perhaps the plans for the upgrade that  Barry has should be sent to some of
the Commissioners..
I bet some Commissioners already know all about the extensive plans! *City
kids can use it when not in use* is always a good statement to tug at the
heart strings. Neiman Sports Complex was built on that City Kid theory...of
course, there was no way to get to it except for *Moms going to drop their
kids off on the way out to the mall* (it's a quote!) ...Ya right.. says the
Mother sitting on the busline trying to keep 6 kids fed.
