As a Policy Board member, I was pleased to receive a Memorandum dated January 19, 2005 from NRP Director Robert Miller certifying that the Office of the State Auditor has again issued an "unqualified opinion" on the Policy Board's financial statements. According to Mr. Miller's Memo, "This means that the financial statements are in conformance with applicable accounting standards and present fairly, in all material aspects, the financial position of the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Policy Board as of December 31, 2003."
