I wonder what Mayoral candidate McLaughlin's take on this issue is? How about other local political leaders? Can we develop a strong, clear voice in the process to avoid a waste of our tax dollars in more airport expansion, which does seem to me to be mostly a subsidy for NWA? I agree, too, that we need to look at the airlines operating model with regard to this: is it predicated on outdated assumptions?
