Jason, I do not think you have responded. Here are my issues: Will you have the School Patrol from the Park Police serve alternative and charter schools? Why do the schools with the poorest students needing the most service often get the least amount of park services both police and facilities? How will you pay for this?
These issues effect 2000 alternative and 3000 charter schools students. I find the rhetoric around the Neiman fields etc. not to be more important than the low income students who attend Minneapolis contract and alternative schools. Many live in the 5th Park district. I am concerned you have allied yourself with a faction and forgotten you represent individuals needing service in the 5th Park district. REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
