Hello Minneapolis Issues Folks, Does anyone have the information for the rest of the council and or candidates? I am sure this is just a sample because many other council members and other candidates for office must have also received contributions. Such as Schiff, Zimmerman, Park Board folks. I was told in 1997 by the county employees that keep the campaign finance records that you would be able to look at campaign contribution information on the web in 6-months, rather then going down to Hennipin County Government Center and sifting through pages and pages of campaign contribution information. Has that happened, and if not why? It seems like this type of transparency in campaign contributions at the city level should be very easy to resolve. I doubt a single campaign does not compile the data on a computer and sending to a staff person to post a web page seems like common sense and fairer elections. Ken Bradley
