Members: we all have our weak moments (including this member). And often, degraded dialogue is a mutual occurrence. That's why we're doing more to stress civil dialogue among the professionals AND "amateurs" than when Brian Rice last posted to the list. As ALMOST all members show, disagreement can be strong but still civil. It's better to have people post than not, and many members have learned to post within the rules after missteps. No need to bait over past sins - even suspended members have returned to this list. David Brauer List manager REMINDERS: 1. Be civil! Please read the NEW RULES at http://www.e-democracy.org/rules. If you think a member is in violation, contact the list manager at [EMAIL PROTECTED] before continuing it on the list. 2. Don't feed the troll! Ignore obvious flame-bait.
