389.100. Prohibited acts. (a) The following acts are not allowed in the city and the causing thereof are prohibited:
(7) Idling of Buses, Trucks, Tractors, Truck-tractor, Trailers and Semitrailers, as those terms are defined in Minnesota Statute 168.011, while stopped, standing or parked in a residentially used area between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except as provided for under permit in section 389.70, in compliance with traffic signals or signs, at the directions of a police officer or while buses are in the act of loading or unloading passengers. (8) Operation of a mobile refrigeration unit while stopped, standing or parked outside of an insulated building in a residentially used area between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. WOW!
