I unsubscribed from the online STrib over a year ago just because of all the overly intrusive junk mail-related issues associated with registered membership. I get my hard-copy every day and the hassle of online registration just wasn't worth it to me. Mark Anderson replies: Michael, could you explain what you are talking about? Maybe it's obvious to everyone else, but I am confused. My wife registered us for the Strib a few years ago so that we can look at stories on-line. I have experienced absolutely no down-side to this. Is that what you mean by a subscription? Or is there some other registration method where the Strib sends you stuff without you having to look for it? What kind of intrusive junk are you getting?
