I was at a Park Board hearing last fall where I heard that Neiman Athletic Complex rental fees would be raised to $500. So, I checked on the MPRB website and found that Neiman Complex fees are hourly, not by the game or tournament. Perhaps fees not shown on the permit are negotiable.
Here's a link to the the Nieman Complex permit (including fees) as of 10 Dec 2004: http://www.minneapolisparks.org/documents/permits/fields-N.pdf Fees are $40-$55 an hour for youth teams and $55 to $85 an hour for college and adult teams.
