Headwaters Foundation for Justice is partnering with Speak Out Sisters! to 
present the Whistle Stop Coffee Shop Discussion Series in March, delving deep 
into the subject of Women and Environmental Justice! HFJ has launched an 
Environmental Justice Fund, with a strong commitment to communities of color 
and low-income communities working for systems change. We will hear women 
speaking out on their experience of work on environmental issues!

Sunday, March 6:  KFAI Radio's Womanist Power Authority presents a Panel on 
Women and Environmental Justice with State Representative Karen Clark, 
Minneapolis Park Commissioner Annie Young, Green Party activist Elizabeth 
Dickinson and Headwaters Foundation's Monica Bryand.  9:00 - 10:30 pm on KFAI 
(90.3 fm in Mpls and 106.7 in St. Paul)

Wednesday, March 9:    Powderhorn Phillips Cultural Wellness Center 6 - 8 pm, 
Bloomington & Lake, Mpls

Sunday, March 13:    Wolves Den Coffee Shop  2 - 4 pm, 1201 Franklin Ave., Mpls

Sunday, March 20:    Black Bear Crossing, the Lake at Como Park    2: 30 - 4

Thursday, March 24:    Join Annie Young as she facilitates a discussion at The
