The concept of pay at the pump is intriguing to me.  Being new to this
topic, I do have questions.

To start, how does that cover expensive vehicle vs. less expensive vehicles?
In other words, a $500 car and a $50,000 car both crash.  One is more
expensive to replace than the other, yet the price was the same at the pump.
