Like I said, there is room for debate on this.  Internet access is to 
the 21st Century what electrification was to the 20th; and where would 
private enterprise be without substantial government assistance with the 
electrification of the U.S. in the 20th Century?  Let's put it this way 
-  there would be more horses, less horse power.

Something this basic should be provided by the city. Corporations are a
creature of government; we are the government; why do we let them act like
warlords?
