[Mpls] Trying to get in touch with William Tetzlaff

I am trying to get in touch with former MCDA and CPED staff person William 
(Bill) Tetzlaff who has retired from city government employment.  He used to 
post on this list.
I found a listing for him with an address in Kingfield and a phone number.  
When I called the number, a recording said it was no longer in service.
I would appreciate it if anyone has contact information about Mr. Tetzlaff.  
Please contact me off-list with his current information if possible.
