Good point, Ron. Keep in mind that the term "level" is best remembered as a
"community notification level" and not a "risk level." Risk of reoffense has
something to with the assignment of level, but not everything.

> Please keep in mind that a level three sex offender does not automatically
mean that children are unsafe. I get fired up when that term (level three
sex offender) is tossed out as a threat to the safety of our children. What
exactly is this offenders preferred victim? If its children then you are
justifiably upset/outraged. If its middle aged women then the children are
probably safe from his attacks. Lets try and get more of the facts behind
the title before we go half cocked looking to string someone up.

give us more details like what church and what preacher. What is this guys
MO for sex crimes. If he truly is being moved around as you claim then
there must be some sort of problem. Thank you for bringing this issue to
our attention, but give us more to go on

corner across from a PARK, kitty corner from a School. Yes I said housed in
the church! The Minister calls himself a community advocate when it suites
him, yet he keeps moving this offender from place to place.

relative of the sex offender on my block told me that James Vanwyhe is a
fugitive from justice because he committed another sex offense and went on
the run. I just don't understand why these people get to rome free in my
neighborhood unchecked and unsupervised. I have attached a copy of the
article that I wrote and a link to the wanted poster for James. I am sick of
this she#to. Every crappy thing you can think of is dumped in North
Minneapolis. Tomorrow I will flyer my block so my neighbors at least have
some ideal of what is going on. To all my northside residents its time that
we say enough is a enough.
