Does anyone know if the city is going to give
discounts on the storm water bill for using rain
barrels?
I don't have the cash for a green roof, and I don't
get the engineering of a rain garden, but rain barrels
are easy and I've been meaning to start harvesting the
rain water for gardening anyway.
