[Mpls] No Professional Phone Call Pledge

As you may know, I am a candidate for the hotly contested office of the 
Board of Estimate and Taxation.  I have been organizing a massive campaign 
given the large number of people vying to be the City's finance geek.   You 
may have gotten one of my dozen or two phone calls that I have already made 
to delegates.  But it has been a difficult decision but I am taking the 
pledge. No paid phoners for my campaign.  You can hold me to that.
