And how do you keep the mosquito population down with water standing in rain barrels?

I'm a lot more concerned about West Nile than I am about total containment of storm sewer runoff.

BTW: I had an old fashioned aunt who preferred rain water for lots of things around the house (watering her indoor plants, rinsing her hair after a shampoo). I believe she kept a goldfish or two in her rainbarrel at one point. I have *NO* idea how successful that was at keeping down the mosquito population. Does anyone know for sure? A couple of minnows might do the trick, also.
