Dear Mpls list,

Please take a moment to view this missing child poster. My good friend Kirsten sent me the email (below) today about her cousin who went missing in St. Paul back in October. I realize the list is for Mpls issues, and am hoping for an exception in this case. Kirsten has lived in Minneapolis - until recently - for many years and has always been a contributer to whatever community she lives in. I created a link on the Pulse website for ease of viewing which can be found here:

These cases are always sad, even more so when you know the loved ones affected. But equally as disturbing is the apparent lack of an Amber Alert by the St. Paul police. I, of course, don't know all the details of this case, but I sure hold our Mpls police to a higher standard - especially so in missing children/abduction cases. Thanks in advance for making the time.

Hi guys,
I was hoping that you rock stars could help me out with this. My little
cousin has been missing since October and the police are being less than
helpful (surprise surprise). They didn't even put her on a missing
childrens list or have an Amber alert. Anyway, I have attached a flyer,
and I was hoping that you could send it out to all of your hookups, as
well as poster around your neighborhoods. And if any of you with media
hook ups could go the extra mile <ehem, nueman, noah), let me know what
you can do. And to you guys in the social services, if you could pass
this along to your hook-ups in the area too, that would be great. Her dad
and family are very grateful for any help. I'll be back in minnesota in
May, so I hope to see some of you then.
Take care and thank you!
Kirsten
