Sorry, I should have been more clear. It funds all of the public transportation corridors in the Met Council's 2030 transportation policy plan. Of course those plans don't include Dan Patch.
I'm in complete agreement that these restrictive laws need to be repealed. But it's important to fund what we can _now_. Other corridors can be identified and funded once funding is secured, and should be, sooner rather than later.
