I have a small house, with a mother in law cottage the size of a 2 car garage and small drive out to the alley. The lot is a typical Longfellow lot. Here I was looking all over for water leaks and it is just that they have decided to get more $ out of us by calculating stuff differently???
I really don't understand how they supposedly decided I should have to pay that much more.
