Okay, I'll bite:

I got three letters, regarding three properties. (One
of which I sold a year ago, but whatever...)

Here are the proposed fees:

1. 22nd and 16th, Duplex, small footprint, NO garage,
NO driveway - ESUs calculated at 3.44, fee: $30
(Preposterous! - good thing this is the one I sold)

2. 28th & Park, Fourplex, nearly double the size of
the previous duplex, no garage, but long driveway -
ESUs calculated at 2.96, fee: $25.81
(Could be right...)

3. 28th and Park, Vacant Lot, NO building, NO garage,
NO driveway, only impervious area is a tiny bit of
sidewalk - ESUs calculated at 1.94, fee: $16.92
(I am told that this rate was calculated based upon
the notion that a building existed on the lot, which
is odd since the city tore it down. I will have to go
downtown and dispute this, apparently.)

So anyway, there are the examples you asked for. At
least two of the three are clearly higher than they
should be - so much so that it's almost funny.
