Dean Here:  Actually it doesn't suggest one or more buildings, it means that 
the field will be used for football, soccer, marching band, etc.

Dean Here:  This is a high school football field with some bleachers and 
probably a small concession stand at best it is not a stadium for the Vikings.

Dean here:  Given the amount of bytes killed on this list serv, articles in the 
Strib, Skyway News, and local newspapers, lack of scrutiny is not an issue 
regarding DLS' proposal.

Dean Here:  So what?  What's your point?  The school's there, they need 
facilities.
