Well then let's discuss this... Smokers still have the right to smoke. What about others who are addicted to illegal substances - they don't have the freedom of choice. Minneapolis should legalize all narcotics not just tobacco and let the chips fall where they may. Someone snorting coke at another table, or has a wad of chewing tobacco in their mouth for that matter doesn't affect the health of others - that seems perfectly fine to me. I propose that we make all illicit drugs legal so everyone has the freedom to rot their brains, lungs or what have you as long as it does not impose on others.
