I can explain it. It is because of definitions from the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air act. Combining the language of the new ordinance with the state law bans tobacco use in any establishment which serves anything to eat or drink, including water and packaged candy bars! Even a vending machine! If they want to continue on as a smoke shop, they have to ditch everything else. Watch out. Salt is next up to be banned, and "fat" food is next up for new taxes.
