Andy Driscoll reported that about 150 bars got exempted, about 75 of them
in StPaul. No small number. Anyone know the total number of bars in
StPaul?

I predict a few will be heavily subsidized by Big Tobacco to try to break
the ban. Big "profits" for a few, and all the bar owners will be at the
barricades for their corporate welfare.
