Legislative Committee, 5:00pm
* Legislative update from Brian Rice and MaryAnn Campo, lobbyists. They will no doubt be explaining why they did not or did get money asked for in the recent state bonding bill.
Administration and Finance Committee, 5:30pm
* Authorize staff to negotiate and execute a contract with "Sea Salt" to operate the Minnehaha concession.
Planning Committee, 5:40pm
* Adopt the lighting fixture recommended by staff for new parkway lighting standard.
* Retain "URS" to provide consulting for Edgewater Park Master Plan for no more than $112,075.
Full Board, 6:00pm

* Acceptance of all bids received for diseased tree and stump removal, totaling $1,800,000.
* Acceptance of low bid for $65,450 worth of indoor artificial turf. (To be used where?)
* Approve another change order to add $107,643.10 to Veit & Company for Lake of the Isles surcharge project bringing the total to %502,110.60.
* Authorize an increase of $500,000 for tree and stump removal for a new total estimated at $1,550,000.
* Execute 1-year lease with "Wheel Fun Rentals" at Minnehaha Park with a 1-year option for 15% of sales generated from rentals.
* Full board approval of all above committee items.
* Discussion Items: Bureau of Mines Property (Camp Coldwater) and School Lunch Summer Program
* First reading of ordinance to amend "code of conduct" to allow serving alcoholic beverages at private parties in some parks.
