I received an e-mail from Rybak stating that the new storm sewer fee was not supposed to adversely impact homeowners. I know that my fees have gone up despite his assertion. I am wondering if other people's fees have also gone up like mine. I know that results are supposed to vary depending on how much water you had been using, how big your property is, etc so I figured the best way of answering this question was to do a survey.

I am asking that people look at their water bills over the next week or so and send me an e-mail as to whether their overall fees to the City have gone up or gone down. Please make sure it says "sewer" in the subject line so I can sort these e-mails from the other e-mails. Also please include a small amount of information on your property:

- is it small, average, or large.
- how many people had been using water in your house (to get an idea of how the fee is impacting people).
- how much your fees have gone up.

Thanks
